About The Coffee:This boutique varietal is produced at ‘Jardines Del Eden’ by Felipe Arcilla. He and his brother Carlos only recently acquired the farm and have always yearned to have a place dedicated to unique and rare coffee species and ‘Jardines Del Eden’ was the perfect choice.
With unique micro climates, terroir and high altitudes the coffees produced here get better with every season.
This coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to use only the ripest cherries, later hand sorted to remove any defects. Coffee is sun-dried on raised beds under temperature-controlled conditions until the ideal moisture content is achieved.

We dispatch daily; Monday – Friday. All orders will leave the roastery and warehouse within 2 business days of the order being received. Please note that any orders after 12pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.
