About The Coffee: Las Palomas is an indigenous group of nine contiguous small farms averaging 1.7 acres. They are led by Marcos Domingo. The farms are perched on the steep slopes of the Cuchumatanes mountains, overlooking the Pan-American highway one thousand feet below. These farmers have collectively produced a clean, sweet, fruit-forward, lively cup.
