About The Coffee: Rafael Sr. acquired San Cayetano in 1986 from a local family that had completely abandoned the land. Rafael began replanting the farm over the years, as some of the trees had died out due to a lack of attention and fertilizer. Thanks to numerous renewal projects, the lots are thriving. Half of the farm is covered by shade, which protects the trees from the sun and helps the cherries mature slowly. This coffee offers a captivating experience with its balanced sweetness and subtle nuttiness, ensuring a truly delightful cup every time.
