Processed under the watchful eye of Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora (LPZZ) and his amazing team.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis coffee is from small producers in the southern part of Antigua.  The area is known as San Juan Alotenango.  The cherries are produced on the slopes of the Fuego, Acatenango and Agua Volcano.   \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe coffee is sourced through local intermediates(coyotes) who help purchase the cherries and assist producers in the region. The other are the relationships the mill has directly with the producers.  It is estimated that there is around 700 small producers delivering their cherries to the mill each harvest.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe varieties grown there are mostly Caturra and Bourbon.
