Signature Series Coffee

Signature Series is where we share coffees that do not come around often. Competition grade lots, rare varietals and experimental processing from producers we know and have worked alongside, selected when something particularly special becomes available. These coffees arrive in small volumes because very little exists. Each signature coffee is roasted in Melbourne in limited quantities and more often than not, once a lot is gone, it is not restocked. The next release brings a new producer, origin or expression to discover.
