We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Axil Coffee x Little Food Market - $100 In-Store Dining Experience Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

Giveaway period: 17 July 2026 – 11:59 pm AEST 19 July 2026

Promoters: This Instagram giveaway is conducted by Coffee Co-Op PTY LTD (ABN 28 967 234 025) trading as Axil Coffee Roasters ("Axil Coffee", "we", "us", "our") and LITTLE FOOD MARKET (64 984 926 395).



1. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 17 July 2026 and closes on 19 July 2026 at 11:59 pm AEST ("Promotion Period"). Entries made outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.



2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents currently residing in Australia.

  • Entrants must be 16 years of age or older.

  • Employees, directors, and contractors of Coffee Co-Op PTY LTD (trading as Axil Coffee Roasters) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  • By entering, entrants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.



3. How to Enter

To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

  1. Purchase any drink from Axil Coffee at the Little Food Market (17–19 July 2026).

  2. Post a photo or video of their Axil drink on their Instagram stories, taken at the Little Food Market.

  3. Tag both @axilcoffeeroasters and @thelittlefood_market in the story.

  4. Follow both @axilcoffeeroasters and @thelittlefood_market on Instagram at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection.

One story = one entry. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry reflects a separate qualifying purchase. Entries not captured due to private account settings are void. Images or videos must be taken at the Little Food Market during the Promotion Period.



4. Prize Details

Five (5) prizes are available, each consisting of:

  • One (1) x $100 Axil Coffee in-store dining voucher, redeemable at any Axil Coffee cafe location across Australia.

  • Total prize value: $100 AUD per winner ($500 AUD total).

Prize conditions:

  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.

  • Vouchers are redeemable for food and beverages from Axil Coffee's current available menu at the time of redemption.

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.



5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture and a redraw.

6. Prize Delivery

  • Vouchers will be delivered digitally or by post following confirmation of the winner's details.

  • The winner is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents who are currently residing in Australia.

Entries made outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted. There are no limits to the number of entries. Every comment equates to one entry. Entries not captured due to privacy settings are void.

7. Prize Delivery

  • The Coffee and Drinking Chocolate bundle will be delivered to the winning entrant by postal delivery following the communication of their postal address details. The winning entrant may also wish to collect the Coffee and Drinking Chocolate bundle from any Axil cafe or Ratio’s Brunswick store. 

  • The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once delivered.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion and may be used for future marketing purposes in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • By entering, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from Axil Coffee.

Promoter:

1. Promotion Overview

This Father's Day Giveaway is an online promotion conducted by Axil Coffee Roasters (“Axil Coffee”) to celebrate Father's Day 2026.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only.

  • Employees of Axil Coffee and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible to enter.

  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries are deduplicated by email address and mobile number; the use of multiple email addresses to gain additional entries will result in disqualification, and only the first valid entry will count.

  • Participants must provide a valid Australian email address and mobile number.


3. Promotion Period

  • Start: 1:00 PM AEST, Friday 21 August 2026.

Prize Conditions:

  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

  • Prize must be collected from, or delivered to, an Australian address.

  • Axil Coffee is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the prize (e.g. delivery, installation, maintenance).

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
