We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions

The Axil Coffee Black Friday Sale applies to a select coffee range, coffee machines, and  grinders. The sale excludes coffee subscriptions, coffee machine subscriptions, Signature Series Collection, brewing equipment, gift vouchers, other subscriptions, and training workshops. Certain sale items will have limited quantities that can be purchased per order. Axil Coffee reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time. The promotion runs from15th Nov to 2nd Dec, with early access beginning on8th Nov. 

Promotion Overview

The Black Friday Sale offers discounts on select coffee products, merchandise, coffee machines, and electronic grinders through a promotional code. Customers who spend over $100 in a single transaction will also be automatically be entered into a giveaway to win a Breville Express Impress.

 

Sign-Up and Early Access

• Sign-Up Period: Customers must sign up on our landing page between 25th Oct and 8th Nov to receive early access to the sale.
• Early Access: Customers who sign up will receive a promotional code granting early access to the sale from 8th Nov. Products on sale will be locked and unavailable to the general public during this period.
• General Public Access: From 15th Nov to 2nd Dec, the sale will open to all customers.
• Eligible Products

 

The promotional code is valid for select coffee products, coffee machines, and electronic grinders. Exclusions apply, including coffee subscriptions, coffee machine subscriptions, Signature Series Collection, brewing equipment, canned coffee, gift vouchers, other subscriptions, and training workshops. Please note that there is a limit of one pair of sale socks per purchase order.

Redemption

The sale applies to eligible products. For early access, customers enter the promotional code to access the sales items. The code will be shared with customers who sign up for early access and later made available to the general public from 15 November.

 

Availability

All offers are subject to product availability. Axil Coffee reserves the right to limit quantities and does not offer rain checks for out-of-stock items.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping rates apply. Delivery times may vary based on the location. Please note that we may experience a high volume of orders throughout the Black Friday Promotion, which may lead to some shipping delays. Shipping costs are not covered by the promotion unless stated otherwise.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Products purchased during the Black Friday Early Access, Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale period  not subject to returns or exchanges.
