Single Origin Espresso Coffee

Single origin espresso is a deliberate choice. We select coffees that can handle the pressure, concentration and short extraction of an espresso machine, then roast them specifically for the job. These are not simply filter coffees pushed through a finer grind. Each lot is chosen to let the character of one farm, producer or region come through in the shot, with enough sweetness and body to hold everything together.
