Eligibility
The Axil Coffee Run is open to all participants. No purchase is necessary to join.
Participation
To claim the coffee reward, participants must complete the designated Axil Coffee Strava segment and present proof of completion (via the Strava app or screenshot) at Axil Coffee, Richmond.
Reward Details
Each participant is eligible for one (1) free small-sized coffee per person during the promotional period.
The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other menu items, or credit.
Segment Completion
The Strava segment must be completed during the promotional period 1st Jan 2025 - 31st Jan 2025.
The reward must be claimed during Axil Coffee, Richmond's operating hours on or before (see above for trading hours ).
Strava Usage
Participants must use the Strava app to track and validate their run. Axil Coffee is not responsible for any technical issues related to the app.
Conduct
Participants must follow all local laws, traffic rules, and safety guidelines while completing the Strava segment. Axil Coffee is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during participation.
Limitations
This promotion is available exclusively at Axil Coffee, Richmond.
The free coffee reward is limited to one per participant, regardless of the number of segment completions.
Promotional Period
The Axil Coffee Run is valid only during the specified promotional period (1st Jan 2025 - 31st Jan 2025). Claims made outside this period will not be honoured.

Axil Coffee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Axil Coffee Run promotion at any time without prior notice.
