Terms and Conditions - Axil's 13th Birthday Giveaway

 

Entry method:To enter the giveaway, customers must scan the QR code on the raffle ticket, enter their details (name, email address, phone number), and the unique code on the card. The same person can enter more than once but must provide a different 6-digit number each time.

Eligibility:The promotion is open to all customers of Axil cafes who purchase a coffee (either takeaway or dine-in) during the giveaway period.

Raffle tickets:Customers will receive one raffle ticket for each coffee they purchase. The number of raffle tickets a customer receives is based on the number of coffees they purchase (e.g., one coffee = one raffle ticket, two coffees = two raffle tickets).

Unique codes: Each raffle ticket will include a unique code that the customer will need to enter to participate in the giveaway.

Prize: The prize is a La Marzocco Linea Micra valued at $5,500. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will receive one white La Marzocco Linea Micra coffee machine supplied by La Marzocco.

Giveaway period: The giveaway will commence during café trading hours on May 18th, Axil's Birthday, and close on the 18th of May at the end of trade at each Axil cafe.

Winner notification: The winner will be drawn randomly by the Axil Coffee marketing team and be announced on the 19th of May. The winner will be notified via email or phone..

Prize collection: The winner will need to collect the prize in person from their local Axil café within 30 days of being notified. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity.

Exclusions: Axil employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

Data protection: All personal information collected during the giveaway will be used in accordance with Axil's privacy policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
