Father's Day Coffee Machine Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

This Father's Day Giveaway is an online promotion conducted by Axil Coffee Roasters (“Axil Coffee”) to celebrate Father's Day 2026.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only.
• Employees of Axil Coffee and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible to enter.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries are deduplicated by email address and mobile number; the use of multiple email addresses to gain additional entries will result in disqualification, and only the first valid entry will count.
• Participants must provide a valid Australian email address and mobile number.

3. Promotion Period

• Start: 1:00 PM AEST, Friday 21 August 2026.
• End: 11:59 PM AEST, Sunday 6 September 2026.
• All entries must be received during this period to be valid.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Visit the designated entry form / landing page on the Axil Coffee website.
• Provide their full name, a valid email address, and an Australian mobile number.
• Agree to subscribe to the Axil Coffee mailing list.
• Accept these terms and conditions.

5. Marketing Consent

By entering this promotion, participants:

• Consent to join the Axil Coffee mailing list.
• Agree to receive marketing communications via email and SMS from Axil Coffee at the email address and mobile number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Understand they can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails, or by replying STOP to SMS messages.
• Acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply for SMS, and that message frequency varies.

6. Prize Details

Prize:1 × Breville Barista Express Impress coffee machine (RRP approx. $949) + 1kg of an Axil Coffee blend per month for 6 months (valued at approx. $420). Total approximate prize value: $1,369.

Prize Conditions:

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
• Prize must be collected from, or delivered to, an Australian address.
• Axil Coffee is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the prize (e.g. delivery, installation, maintenance).

7. Winner Selection & Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• Winner will be drawn on Monday 7 September 2026.
• Winner will be notified via email and phone within 48 hours of the draw.
• Winner will be announced on Axil Coffee social media channels after confirmation.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected.

8. Verification & Disqualification

Axil Coffee reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent.
• Disqualify entries that breach these terms and conditions.
• Request proof of identity and eligibility from winners.
• Disqualify any participant who engages in unlawful or inappropriate conduct.

9. Publicity & Privacy

• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and image for publicity purposes without additional compensation.
• All personal information will be handled in accordance with Axil Coffee’s Privacy Policy (axilcoffee.com.au/pages/privacy-policy).
• Participants have the right to request access to and correction of their personal information.

10. Liability & General Conditions

• Axil Coffee accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for any technical failure, network, hardware, software or website error that prevents, delays or corrupts an entry.
• Axil Coffee is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.
• Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
• If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the terms remain in effect.

11. Social Media Platform Release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants release these platforms from any and all liability. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to Axil Coffee, not to any platform.

12. Variation of Terms

Axil Coffee reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any changes will be posted on the Axil Coffee website.

13. Permit

No skill is involved and no purchase is necessary — entry is free — so this promotion is a game of chance conducted as a random-draw trade promotion.
