Surry Hills Sydney is our first interstate location and a major milestone in Axil's story. Opening its doors in November 2025, the café sits on the corner of Crown and Foveaux in the heart of Surry Hills - a neighbourhood we chose for its vibrant food scene, creative energy and strong sense of community.
