About The Coffee:At the age of 43, Mr. Elver Maluquiz Guevara has been dedicated to coffee production since he was 25 years old. His plot is located in the village of Sumidero, in the district of Sumidero, province of Cutervo, Cajamarca Region, Peru.

His farm is situated at an altitude of 1835 m.a.s.l. Elver Maluquiz cultivates 2 hectares of coffee and exclusively manages the Caturra variety. His management practices are oriented toward sustainability:

He performs selective pruning annually to keep his plantations in good condition and maintain production balance. He carries it out 2 times a year under a sustainable fertilization approach. To primarily combat rust, he uses biological products.

We dispatch daily; Monday – Friday. All orders will leave the roastery and warehouse within 2 business days of the order being received. Please note that any orders after 12pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.
