About The Coffee:Hacienda La Esmeralda is iconic for having rediscovered Geisha in 2004. It was a happenstance of altitude and lot separation that discovered Geisha’s amazing flavours and aromatics.
The Fundador lot is produced at Hacienda La Esmeralda’s Cañas Verdes farm. After harvest, the coffee cherries were fermented with yeast for 67 hours. After fermentation, Fundador 51S was dried on raised beds for 14 days and then for 6 additional hours on a concrete patio.

We dispatch daily; Monday – Friday. All orders will leave the roastery and warehouse within 2 business days of the order being received. Please note that any orders after 12pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.
