About The Coffee:Adrian Lasso is a Colombian coffee producer best known for his role in producing high-end specialty coffee at Finca El Diviso, a family-run coffee farm in the Huila region of Colombia near Pitalito.
He, along with his brother Nestor Lasso, represents a new generation of specialty coffee growers who have shifted from traditional coffee farming toward innovative, competition-level coffee production that’s recognized internationally.
