About The Coffee:Las Mishas is a community-based, certified organic coffee lot from the Jaen and Colasay regions of Peru, cultivated by 37 smallholder farmers. Interamerican Coffee Australia curated this coffee in collaboration with Nordic Approach, featuring varieties like Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai.
The Jaén coffee region is located in the high-altitude Andes of Cajamarca, northern Peru, known for its ideal microclimates for specialty coffee cultivation, including high altitudes and a temperate climate with distinct dry and rainy seasons. Farmers in Jaén grow varieties like Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon

We dispatch daily; Monday – Friday. All orders will leave the roastery and warehouse within 2 business days of the order being received. Please note that any orders after 12pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.
