About The Coffee: Finca Villarazo is located in Quindío, Colombia, owned by renowned producer Jairo Arcila and assisted by his two sons Felipe and Carlos.
Post-harvest, the coffee cherries are hand-picked and sorted, then often undergo specific fermentation techniques, such as dry aerobic fermentation or extended underwater fermentation. This is followed by sun-drying on raised beds.
The coffee is grown in fertile volcanic soil, hand-picked, and undergoes meticulous post-harvest processing, including innovative fermentation methods and sun-drying on raised beds, resulting in high-quality microlots of various coffee varieties like Tabi, Castillo, Pink Bourbon, and Rume Sudan
