About The Coffee:This coffee has been produced by Jorge Silva on his farm, El Palmo. Jorge’s farm is located in El Campo of Callayuc, in Cutervo, Cajamarca, at over 2,000 meters above sea level.
Founded approximately five years ago, the farm benefits from fertile soils and diverse microclimates, contributing to a wide range of flavour profiles. Jorge focuses on improving his processing techniques, fermentation methods, and farming practices.
