Father's Day Coffee Machine Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

This Father's Day Giveaway is an online promotion conducted by Axil Coffee to celebrate Father's Day 2025.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only
• Employees of Axil Coffee and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible to enter
• Only one entry per person permitted
• Participants must provide a valid Australian email address and mobile number

3. Promotion Period

• Start: 9:00 AM AEST, Sunday 25th August 2025
• End: 11:59 PM AEST, Sunday 7st September 2025
• All entries must be received during this period to be valid

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Visit the designated entry form on the Axil Coffee website
• Provide their full name, a valid email address, and an Australian mobile number
• Agree to subscribe to the Axil Coffee mailing list
• Accept these terms and conditions

5. Marketing Consent

By entering this promotion, participants:

• Consent to join the Axil Coffee mailing list
• Agree to receive marketing communications via email and SMS from Axil Coffee
• Understand they can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails or by replying STOP to SMS messages
• Acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply for SMS

6. Prize Details

Prize: 1 x Breville Barista Express Impress coffee machine + 1 x 1kg bag of Axil Coffee (total approximate value: $899)

Prize Conditions:

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods
• Prize must be collected from or delivered to an Australian address
• Axil Coffee is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the prize (e.g., delivery, installation, maintenance)

7. Winner Selection & Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
• Winner will be drawn on Monday 8nd September 2025
• Winner will be notified via email and phone within 48 hours of the draw
• Winner will be announced on Axil Coffee social media channels after confirmation
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected

8. Verification & Disqualification

Axil Coffee reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent
• Disqualify entries that breach these terms and conditions
• Request proof of identity and eligibility from winners
• Disqualify any participant who engages in unlawful or inappropriate conduct

9. Publicity & Privacy

• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and image for publicity purposes without additional compensation
• All personal information will be handled in accordance with Axil Coffee's Privacy Policy
• Participants have the right to request access to and correction of their personal information

10. Liability & General Conditions

• Axil Coffee accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or illegible entries
• Axil Coffee is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize
• These terms are governed by Australian law
• If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the terms remain in effect

11. Variation of Terms

Axil Coffee reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any changes will be posted on the Axil Coffee website.
