Introducing Axil Coffee x Kori Ice Cream: Keeping it cool this summer with our local friends

We love coffee. We love ice cream. And nothing says ‘summer’ quite like the two for a refreshing pick-me-up on a hot day. 

That’s why we’ve partnered with our local friends - Melbourne’s most unique Japanese-inspired ice creamery; Kōri Ice Cream. Together, we’re bringing you a never-before-released lineup of delicious house-made beverages with the hottest flavour combos to keep you cool this summer. 

We’ll be dropping two exciting new drinks every month until the end of February at both Kōri Ice Cream stores and select Axil Coffee locations.

We’re kicking things off in style this month with a Mandarin Sorbet Cold Brew Spritz and a Matcha Pandan Milkshake with Strawberry Cream—perfect for matcha lovers!

And this is just the beginning.

Get ready for plenty more fun and mind-blowing creations from both brands. The lineup also includes a limited-time-only dine-in menu featuring Kōri Ice Cream, exclusive Axil Coffee-inspired desserts at Kōri Ice Cream, and our spin on a classic affogato. It’s going to be a summer to remember.
