To celebrate Easter this year, we’ve teamed up with our friends at Ratio Cocoa Roasters for the perfect pairing of our Melbourne Roasted Seasonal blend, matched with one of three Ratio Chocolate Eggs.
Choose from either a Milk Speckle Easter Egg, Dark Chocolate Egg or Milk Rocky Road Egg.
Like all our coffee, our Seasonal Blend is Direct Trade sourced, a compilation of beans from our producers Tuxpal in El Salvador, Candelaria in Guatemala, and Cachoeira Da Grama in Brazil.
When prepared with milk, expect your taste buds to be tantalised with sweet notes of chocolate mousse, butterscotch and rum raisin. And when black, you’ll be bright eyed with spicy hints of orange bitters, cherry and dark chocolate.
Ratio’s Chocolate Eggs are handmade, balancing a ratio of just 2 ingredients for their 63% Dark Chocolate and 4 ingredients for their 58% Milk Chocolate. And what’s even better? They’re made with 100% ethically sourced cacao beans from around the world and raw organic Australian cane sugar.
