Recommended Recipe: 20g of coffee in and 300ml of water out starting off at 94 degrees. Start your bloom at 60ml, then pouring 60ml every 30 seconds for a total of 5 pours.

We have blended together some unique processes like ‘thermo shock’ and ‘anaerobic natural’ from award winning producers in Colombia including Nestor Lasso and Wilton Benetez. We've made this blend with the everyday filter drinker in mind, balancing out those intense tart qualities with more mellow rich berry notes.
