About The Coffee:At 47 years old and with a life dedicated to coffee since the age of 18, Consuelo is a producer with three decades of experience.
She cultivates her farm in the hamlet of Bellavista, in the District of Huabal, Jaén, Cajamarca – Peru.
Her plot, covering two hectares, is situated at a high altitude of 1815 MASL. Her crops consist of high-yielding and flavourful varieties such as Catuai and Marshel.
Consuelo produces both Natural and Washed coffee. Her wet mill, equipped with tank vats and fermentation tanks, allows her to control fermentation, which takes approximately 48 hours, varying slightly depending on the climate.

We dispatch daily; Monday – Friday. All orders will leave the roastery and warehouse within 2 business days of the order being received. Please note that any orders after 12pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.
