About The Coffee: El Diviso employs a meticulous process, beginning with perfectly ripe cherries and a thorough hypochlorite wash. The cherries undergo a 48-hour oxidation at a controlled temperature between 30-40 degrees. The thermal shock occurs when cherries are washed at 32 degrees before proceeding to a 24-hour anaerobic fermentation and a subsequent hot water wash at 60 degrees and then dried on raised African beds. Jack Simpson chose this coffee during his 2023 World Barista Championship Campaign.

We dispatch daily; Monday – Friday. All orders will leave the roastery and warehouse within 2 business days of the order being received. Please note that any orders after 12pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.
