About The Coffee: Our latest filter blend is a combination of Cerro Alto micro mill and Peach co fermented coffee from the Jairo Arcil a's Santa Monica farm.
Combining the SL28 varietal for it clarity and bright sweet citrus notes with the punchy peach and rich coconut notes only found in these experimental co-ferments. The result is a syrupy fruit punch with an aroma that turns heads.
