Run by a mother-daughter duo, Jane and Annalise have combined their shared love of food in a relaxed, welcoming space designed to bring memorable food experiences to life.
We spoke to Jane and Annalise to learn more about Cook Studio and how they’ve brought Axil coffee into the mix.
Axil: What made you decide to work with Axil Coffee?
Cook Studio: We knew about Axil before we even thought about opening a coffee bar. Axil always stood out as having great coffee and being very consistent.
When we first were exploring who to go with, we spoke with one of the reps and he was so supportive and encouraging that we didn't consider anyone else.
Axil: You guys are also doing cooking classes as well, right? Can you speak to us more about that?
Cook Studio: We have the coffee bar, which encourages people to come into the door and chat with us. We get the opportunity to then go further and tell them what we're doing with the cooking classes and explain our approach to cooking.
