About The Coffee:This Gesha lot is cultivated by Theilor Cruz at 1750 m.a.s.l in Tabacona farm, located at 1750 m.a.s.l in San Ignacio, nestled in the heart of the mountains.
His farm enjoys the perfect climate and soil for growing specialty coffee. Known for its altitude and rich biodiversity, this region produces coffee with a distinctive flavour.
In Peru, the remoteness of the coffee farms and the incredibly small size of the average farm has prevented much of the single-farm differentiation that has allowed for microlot development and marketing in other growing regions, but as with everything else in specialty coffee, this is changing quickly.
Recommended Recipe: Slowly pour 150ml of hot water (92-96°C) over 3 minutes.

We dispatch daily; Monday – Friday. All orders will leave the roastery and warehouse within 2 business days of the order being received. Please note that any orders after 12pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.
