About The Coffee:This coffee was carefully hand-picked to use only the ripest cherries. Later, cherries were fermented for 40 hours in an anaerobic environment. Afterwards, sundried until the ideal moisture content was achieved.
Jairo Arcila is a third-generation coffee grower from Quindio, Colombia. He is married to Luz Helena Salazar, and they have two children together, Carlos and Felipe Arcila, who are the co-
founders of Cofinet. Jairo’s first job was at Colombia’s second-largest exporter, working as their Mill Manager for over 40 years until his retirement in 2019.

We dispatch daily; Monday – Friday. All orders will leave the roastery and warehouse within 2 business days of the order being received. Please note that any orders after 12pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.
