About The Coffee:This coffee comes from Linarco “Don Lino” Rodríguez in Palestina, Huila, Colombia. Linarco is a third-generation coffee producer whose family has farmed in the area for decades. He has increasingly focused on specialty coffee, working with varieties such as Pink Bourbon, Gesha and SL28, while developing more controlled approaches to fermentation and drying. His farm, Betania, sits around 1,800–2,000 masl, depending on the lot.
The coffee is part of Tierra Diversidad, a network of 117 smallholder producers in southern Huila. The group shares infrastructure and knowledge, including drying facilities, warehousing and quality-control resources, with Linarco playing a leading role in developing harvesting and post-harvest practices across the group.
