About The Coffee: Betania Farm is part of a network of 117 smallholder producers in southern Huila, working together to produce high-quality coffee while protecting the land and maintaining traditional farming practices.
The group shares infrastructure including a cupping laboratory, drying stations and centralised warehouses, allowing producers to improve quality while maintaining full traceability.
At the heart of the community is Don Linarco, known as “Don Lino,” whose deep agricultural knowledge and commitment to innovation have helped raise standards across the region. His work spans selective harvesting, fermentation and drying, while also supporting younger growers and promoting responsible farming practices within the community.

We dispatch daily; Monday – Friday. All orders will leave the roastery and warehouse within 2 business days of the order being received. Please note that any orders after 12pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.
