Our new autumn menu has arrived across all Melbourne stores! Featuring Jack Simpson's 2025 World Barista Championships winning coffees, a new seasonal drinks list, an updated food menu with all the classic comforts, and more. And all with a fresh new look. See what's in store this season.

The autumn menu strikes the perfect balance between comfort and fresh flavours.

Level up your lunch game with the new steak frites baguette with grilled Scotch fillet, peppercorn sauce, café de Paris aioli, and a parsley salad. For something classic, nothing beats a cheeseburger; a Wagyu beef patty, American cheese, pickles, lettuce and burger sauce with a side of fries.

Our Roasted Cauliflower Salad is light without compromising on flavour - with beetroot, hummus, Meredith fetta, chickpeas, dates and soft herbs.

For something on the sweet side, try our Yoghurt Pannacotta, made with coconut granola, mango, compote, and seasonal berries.

Try Jack Simpson's World Barista Championship Coffees

In 2025, Axil Coffee's Jack Simpson took on the title of World Barista Championship. Now you can experience both his winning and runner-up competition coffees in-store for yourself, alongside our other unique coffees.

His 2025 winning drink features a rare Papayo variety from Finca Zarza, Colombia, with tasting notes of maraschino cherry, violet, green toffee apple, and dark chocolate. His 2024 second-place drink from the same farm uses a Pacamara variety, with notes of black cherry, malted chocolate, and raspberry.

Both served as a flat white with your milk of choice for $30. Be transported with a coffee experience like no other.

Our New Seasonal Drinks

Beyond the championship coffees, Axil's new seasonal drinks menu is perfect for the change in season.

Our new Pumpkin Spice Mont Blanc starts with a batch brew base, with spiced sugar syrup, spiced heavy cream, and cinnamon - available hot or cold. Our Mont Rosé is equally beautiful as it is delicious - with strawberry puree, Ratio chocolate, strawberry cream, and finished with freeze-dried berries. The Coconut Strawberry Matcha Cloud is light and refreshing with strawberry puree, coconut water, matcha cream and again, with a touch of freeze-dried berries on top. Explore the menu for more.
